Here we work to provide the best coffee.
Café Rubin express started as a family company in 1993, dedicated to the importation of coffee beans from Brazil. The experience in the gourmet coffee market instructed Cafe Rubin Express to develop its line of natural roasted arabica coffees direct to consumers.
The main pillars for the company are: quality and selection.
The finest coffee beans are specially selected to guarantee our clients the best quality coffee.
Our coffee is roasted arabica 100% Natural Certified by Utz Kapeh, BSCA and Kosher.
(*) Available both varieties : beans or ground as your desired.
The key to success lies in the origin: Cafe Express Rubin born in a very special property: La Finca Planalto.
Planalto means high plateau, is an oasis in the mountainous heart of Minas Gerais, with an area of 2,250 acres located between 3,600 and 3,900 feet above sea level.
Coffee cultivation is widespread in tropical countries and currently subtropicales, specially Brazil that concentrates these days a little more than a third of world production.
COFFEE RUBIN EXPRESS sells only quality beans PREMIUN, offering to their customers the highest quality coffee beans: Arabica coffee
The arabica grounds are the oldest variety, which produces a fine, aromatic coffee. The Arabic variety is more delicate, less productive and is reserved for mountain highlands, between 900 and 2,000 meters. Its main characteristics are the delicacy of its grain and strong aroma radiating when grinding.
Cafe Express Rubin imports the green beans which are roasted in their own establishments.
We only select Arabica beans 100% natural selection, obtaining a variety of grains which sweet taste is perceived immediately, with a perfect combination of sour and bitter notes, ideal for coffee experts.
Roasting process:
The toaster is a true craftsman in the final process of coffee. Grains, subjected to the action of heat, can suffer changes that alter or enhance the final flavor of the drink. This process removes all the moisture inside the beans and concentrate the flavors.
